Acme Human Resource Policy Services

The objective of developing the Human Resource ( HR ) policy is to have systematic policies governing HR matters, define roles and responsibilities and to streamline work flow and documentation in an organization.

Stages involved in developing the HR policy:

  • Step One           -    Acme consultant studies the HR procedures in the client company
  • Step Two           -    Situational analysis
  • Step Three         -   Recommendations to client on the proposed HR policies
  • Step  Four          -   Develop the HR policy for the client
  • Step Five           -   Present the HR policy 1st draft to client
  • Step Six            -    Review of the HR policy and present the final copy to client
  • Step Seven        -    Assist the client to implement the HR policy
